 A strategy is not about doing everything. It is about doing what matters, when it matters, how it matters. Less is more.
Entrepreneurship is about creating value, solving problems and evolving everyday. They only compete with inefficiencies and problems. Mature entrepreneurs don’t compete. They collaborate to create more value for everyone.
Two reasons why people do not use a product or actually buy it are:
  1. it’s a vitamin for most, though you think it is a painkiller
  2. the time context is weak, as that may not be the #1, #2 or #3 problem they are solving.
And then we find where our capabilities, intellectual properties and tools can help them solve that problem. So solution companies fit a solution to an ACTIVE problem. If a product company does the same, there will be no ghosting 🙂
If you are doing something new and groundbreaking, focus on publicity through PR and demand creation, then spending truck-load on adverts.
Intent defines the crime. Purpose defines the possession. Reason defines the act.
