  1. Find key pain points
  2. Find your and your solutions’ competitive advantage
  3. How the competitive advantage gives unfair advantage (or extraordinary leverage) to the customer in solving their key pain point.
There is content overload. Don’t create content. Content eats time. Create tools. Tools save time. #ContentMarketing  #GrowthHacking
What can you learn from your competitor today? Good competitors are godsend. Make the most of their brilliance.
When brainstorming, good questions are better than better answers. Answer closes the discussion, question makes it wide open.
When it comes to governing or managing, less is more! You need to know what to govern or manage. Doing more is a sign of ignorance.
There is a difference between positive thinking and wishful thinking. Both are sweet! The former gives strength, but later brings weakness.
As a leader what really matters is; what you create (people, organizations, culture, businesses products) and the examples you set.
Excess of anything is bad. Be it conservatism or aggression. Too conservative – you might get a steady, nice bottom line. But topline may not grow, and your business may get hit by a disruption. Too aggressive – you might grow, but without profit margin, and a toxic culture.
Success breeds insecurity. Which in turns results in failure. Disclaimer: Exception proves the rule.
When leaders cannot inspire and create a culture to do what is required, they do brute force execution and misunderstand that as success.
